VA Trainer for Australian Account
§ Should have knowledge on Australian soft-skills training.
§ Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
§ 2 - 3 years call center experience preferably with an Australian Account
Voice and Accent Trainer
§ Should have at least 1 year work experience. Six months of which should have been spent in teaching, doing call center work, or being a broadcaster.
§ Should be familiar with linguistics and facilitating grammar and speech classes.
