Recommends solutions or recovery plans to schedule/cost impact or delays
Develops and analyzes the Project Income Statement
Analyzes variances in cost and schedule performance
Provides Status of Reserves and Contingencies
Coordinates the review of Project Risk Analysis with management
Serves as Control Team Leader on small projects and provides direct supervision to a small team of Project Controls personnel, if necessary
10 years’ experience, working for a major EPC Company in cost control, with additional experience in estimating, or in scheduling, planning and contracts.
