We are in need of a full time executive assistant/writer with the following skills and attributes: -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (WITH NO FILIPINO ACCENT), especially dealing with foreign clientele -Excellent writing, copy and editing skills in English -Highly organized and detail-oriented with thorough follow up skills -Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task -Computer Literate, familiar with MS Office -Bachelor’s degree -Females only, up to 30 years old
Note: This is not a job for someone who intends to climb the corporate ladder. We are a small startup firm. Ideal for someone who thinks out of the box and has an entrepreneurial spirit. We might eventually want to train this individual to take over administrative responsibilities. We are looking for individuals who are available for immediate hire and willing to work possible graveyard shift. |
