Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent vocational 3 yr. course
Licensed MR or licensed Certified Plant Mechanic is an advantage
With proven knowledge in gas production system and its associated hazards,light/heavy duty rotating equipment as well as servicing and testing of static equipment, valves, compressors, refrigeration systems, pumps.
Experience required in equipment diagnosing techniques, vibration monitoring, alignment/balancing, SPM, analysis and problem solving techniques. Knowledge in condition based monitoring techniques, predictive and proactive maintenance systems
Must know how to interpret mechanical and PID drawings
Relevant experience gained from petrochemical/gas industry is an advantage
Exposure in ISO 9000/2000 system is an advantage
Must be computer literate with high regard for safety |
