-Excellent command of the English Language, both oral and written.
-Computer literate with above average typing skills.
-At least 6+ months of working experience in a Call Center (Sales &
Marketing) is required for this position.
-Meet predetermined quotas/targets, while managing daily operations and
represent client in a professional manner.
-Demonstrated ability to take initiative and multi-tasking.
-Background as Outbound Agent is a definite advantage.
-Willing to work in shifts, including graveyard.
-Must be willing to work in Makati City.
