This is a part-time/work-at-home CAD drafting job. This is NOT a "per project/per sheet/per hour basis" contract. Architecture background preferred. 5+ years experience in Architectural design and drafting. Must be highly proficient in Autocad 2001 to 2005. 3D modelling/rendering a plus but not a requirement. Must have extensive knowledge in construction drawings.
Rate is P10,000 per month. Additional pay (P2,000 min. to P5,000 max.) is available if you can handle multiple projects and still maintain the desired results as far as workmanship and schedule.
