I am a postgraduate in Forestry specialized in Silviculture and Agro forestry. Currently working as PROJECT MANAGER at Indian Institute of Bio-social Research and Development Bangalore, an ISO 9001 2000 certified Non Governmental non profit Organization I was involved in co-ordination of the field research, publication of research findings, communication with the Governmental and NGOs, organize training to the government and NGOs, communities etc. I also have two years experience as “Consultant Team leader” in a project at Foundation for Revitalization of Local Health Traditions (FRLHT), Bangalore a Non Governmental non profit Organization. I was involved in conservation and sustainable utilization of medicinal plants, their cultivation, regeneration, harvesting and monitoring, participatory models, methodology etc.I have undergone training on “Communication and Scientific advocacy” conducted by IMA International, UK held at Bangkok, Thailand
