Junior Airlines Reservationists (1 Position)
-Minimum 5 years of flight reservations on Amadeus ™ (other systems also helpful)
-Able to read fare codes with a good knowledge of IATA policies
-Able to travel (within Thailand)
-Pleasant customer service (even under pressure)
-Conversational and intermediate written level of the English language preferred
-Experience with long haul, European & North American routes preferred
-Hotel reservations experience will be a plus
-Some graphic design skills…and bring some good humor too.
All candidates MUST be able to operate Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook or Outlook Express, and have a good understanding of the internet.
