-The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the work of agents and improving performance through analysis, coaching and mentoring. This position will work with agents to identify opportunities for improvement in work, efficiency, and service to clients
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Sales & Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or other related fields.
