The maintaining of proper supplies and office materials; office cleanliness and repair; coordination with contractors, vendors and repair personnel; maintenance and renewal of lease and service contracts regarding the office space; and all such similar functions. Responsible for all clerical tasks including but not limited to filing, taking dictation, transcribing, photocopying, writing correspondences and memos, organizing and formatting files and documents both electronic and paper, and maintaining all relevant records for office functions. Secretarial duties also include maintaining schedules of executives, making travel and lodging arrangements for internal and external personnel, creating drafts of reports and proposals, creating draft presentations using appropriate media, preparing and editing video and other multimedia content, performing research on any topic assigned using appropriate means, and any other functions as assigned or necessary.
