The CARE ACCORD Project is a community based disaster risk management project being implemented in St. Bernard, Southern Leyte, Dingalan, Aurora and Calabanga, Camarines Sur.
ACCORD Project is supported by the European Commission’s Humanitarian Aid department (ECHO) and the Corporate Network for Disaster Response (CNDR).
CARE is inviting individual consultants/ service providers or groups of consultants/service providers to express intent to participate in the production of the ACCORD Training Manual on Disaster Preparedness and Contingency Planning. TOR can be requested.
We need the services of a manual writer, a translator (Filipino to English), an editor and a lay-out/graphic artist. Interested consultants may offer services for any or all of the services required to produce the Training Manual.
