Workforce is working with a new Philippine company with extensive networks in the student travel discount business in the USA. The company is opening a branch in Dumaguete, Negros Oriental. In connection to this, we are looking for travel agents who can handle customer service requests via phone and email. People with experience under the Expedia account (People Support) are highly encouraged to apply!
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
- Experience from travel-related call center or BPO
- Preferably working knowledge with airline reservation systems
- Excellent English and computer skills
- Spanish and/or Chinese skills a plus
- Ability to work in a team and provide excellent customer service
- Must be willing to work in Dumaguete, Negros Oriental
