An Australian transport business currently employing
inbound call centre agent who could work on a VERY FLEXIBLE shift roster either 2AM-10AM or 10AM-6PM Manila Time, and available during weekends. This is a part time job.
Must have reliable computer and fast internet connection at home (DSL,cable). If you are currently subscribed to a professional myDSL, or business plan much better. If you are an internet cafe operator, we encourage you to apply. We will be requiring a static IP address.
Must speak excellent English with neutral accent. Call center
experience is preferred but not necessary. Selection will be based on the assessment after the 1 week on hand listening and mock calls. Must have good computer skills and have some knowledge on VOIP soft phone operation. We are currently using eyebeam.
