Our Client is seeking a Call Center Supervisor to lead, coach & manage team of Academic Program Reps to maximize customer contacts. Responsibilities include driving team enrollment goals; monitoring, evaluating & coaching rep performance; reviewing daily phone logs & sales reports; leading by example, & verifying compliance with corporate guidelines. Qualified candidates must have superior management & communication skills, a proven track record of success, & previous call center supervisor experience in an OUTBOUND setting managing a minimum of 15-20 reps. Dialer experience is preferred. Candidates must have a minimum Associate's Degree to be considered. |
