1.Troubleshoot Windows 2000 OS, Microsoft ISA Server, Exchange Server, etc via telephone and email;
2.Serve as the key contact for partners and end users by answering incoming calls and responding to pre-sales inquiries via phone and email;
3.Ensure partner and customer satisfaction.
Skills Required: 1. 2 year Degree or equivalent work experience
2.Ideal candidate will have a background in providing software and hardware support
3. Windows 2000/2003 experience a must
4. MS Exchange, Telephony, MS SQL and .NET skills a plus
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills
