Qualifications:
·Must possess excellent communication and customer relation skill (Call Center background a plus). ·Experience in phone-support or remote desktop technical troubleshooting, maintenance and hardware / software installation (Desktops & Networks). ·Must have a excellent knowledge with Win98, Win ME, Windows 2000 & 2003, Windows XP, and Windows Vista. ·Must have good knowledge in LAN, WAN (e.g. Virtual Private Networking, Windows Server configuration and installations, etc.) ·Knowledge and or exposure in Oracle, HTML, JAVA, J2EE, Linux and 3rd party software (Norton, McAffee, Quickbooks, etc.) an advantage.
