Requirements:
Must have the ability to persuade, motivate, convince, and
influence people.
Must be resilient, persevering, patient and must have high
tolerance for rejection, frustration, and stress
Must possess good English oral & written communication
skills
Must understand and be willing to meet the demands of an
outbound sales agent
Knowledgeable of standard MS Office software - (Word,
Excel, Outlook)
Must be flexible, proactive, self-driven & independent
Experience in sales, telemarketing or as an outbound call
center agent is an advantage.
Willing to work in the graveyard
Graduate of 4-year degree course
