This is a part-time CAD drafting and 3d rendering job. This is a "per project, per sheet, per hour" contract. I will send you scanned images or files and you input into AutoCAD. Familiar with U.S. standards (feet and inches). To be paid every 2 weeks.
Must be proficient in english (read and write). 3+ years experience in Architectural design and drafting. Must be highly proficient in Autocad 2004 and above. Must understand xrefs, paperspace and details. Proficient in 3D modelling/rendering and Photoshop. Must have extensive knowledge in construction drawings.
Other requirements:
1. Home internet access
2. Can be reached thru SMS/text messaging and by phone
3. Must be VERY responsive and turn around projects fast and accurate
