This is a part-time/work-at-home CAD drafting job. This is NOT a "per project, per sheet, per hour" contract. Rate is PhP8,000 per month. To be paid weekly.
Architecture background preferred. 4+ years experience in Architectural design and drafting. Must be highly proficient in Autocad 2005 and above. 3D modelling/rendering a plus but not a requirement. Must have extensive knowledge in construction drawings.
Other requirements:
1. Home internet access is an advantage
2. Can be reached thru SMS/text messaging
3. Must be VERY responsive
4. Fast and clean work
