Oversee activities of the Accounting dept. to generate timely and accurate financial and management reports, prepartion of payroll, payroll taxes, and all quarterly payroll reports and the like
Prepares budgets and financial report
Assists in monitoring compliance with the plans and budgets
Supervise and monitor the Company’s admin personnel in the performance of their duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Company Policies
Supervises and monitors the preparation and updating of the Company’s database related to project development as well as construction management of projects
Supervises and monitors pre-qualification of suppliers (contractors, consultant, material suppliers, etc.) for projects
Represents the Company externally on occasions related to the above duties.
Must be a Certified Public Accountant
Must have at least 5 years of solid work experience in all accounting operations in the same capacity preferably in real estate business |
