Our group has been providing project management training and consulting services base on the framework of the Project Management Institute's (PMI) PMBoK standard. We will cover all the phases of a project - from its initiation, planning, execution, and close-out, and the monitoring and controlling activities necessary throughout the project's entire life cycle. We will also provide project document templates and guidelines on how to use some PM software tools in managing any project (e.g., MS Project, Project Administrator).
The resource persons are project management practitioners in different industries from construction, information technology, supply chain management, food and restaurant, and events management. They have completed their Project Management Diploma Program under the Project Management Institute (PMI), the largest project management organization in the world. Most of them are also certified Project Management Professionals (PMP) by the same organization.
