| hi.. im looking for a free bartending and waitering seminar or training around the area of metropolitan manila.. i believe that i need to update knowledge in bartending and waitering such as the art of wine selling, how to communicate with the guests and to satisfy them.. ive been working for a hotel in alabang for the past 3 years, just recently they gave us a 3-day seminar about waitering. but i already know most of their topics and its too boring because the trainor uses the wrong standard of service in waitering.. i think i need help because my supervisor has no experience in the f&b industry and she also took the training with us and right now she already demands us to really follow what the trainors taught us. how can we tell her that its not the proper service? pls help.. |
