I am a European engineer with 22 years experience in the construction industry ( 16 in Asia/Pacific), in the very near future I am planning to set a construction/development company in either Thailand, Malaysia or/and Philippines.
The objective is to build quality Villas/Houses for own European clientelle.
The initial capital needed is any one setup is USD 200,000, will preferably like a partner with part equity share of the capital and also ideally knowledge of the sector.
Main areas will be, in Malaysia : Terengganu and Kelantan
Philippines : Baguio,San Juan Beach,etc, Thailand : Cha Am, Hua Hin and Sriracha.
