Bontoc warriors embarking on a headhunting expedition erected a structure called komis a trail between their enemies inhabited region. The Horn (Carabao Head) serves as a hanger for the transport basket (takba) or ceremonial animals for sacrifice. ceremonies are held in front of the Komis night before the attack.
